Sustainable Tree Farming for Firewood (STFF) Program

AIMS:
- To provide households, farms and schools in “eco-kalanized” communities with sustainable supply of firewood for personal use.

- To provide “eco-kalanized” communities with sustainable source of income from the sales of surplus firewood.

- To promote the greening of communities to offset climate change impact of carbon emissions from the burning of firewood.

- To facilitate the acquisition of individual property rights to timber lands by households, farms and schools with established sustainable tree farming for firewood operations.
